David Chen, Vice President of Global Business, Huobi (www.huobi.com), is responcible for the development of new markets for Huobi Exchange. He is aiming to adapt the services to the local regulations around the world. David is well connected and experienced in several fields around the world with State Owned Enterprises in China, Supply Chain Industry, Financial Investment and Media.

Vladimir Demin, CEO, Huobi Russia (www.huobi.com.ru), has 20 years of experience in managing innovative projects and successfully launched projects based on blockchain technology on Federal level. Vladimir is «Person of the Year» 2004 according to RBC and winner of the national award «Best Marketing Director» of the national business communications award 2016 in Russia.

Quentin Issele, Vice President, OKEx Fintech and Digital Assets (www.okex.com), has more than 13 years of work experience in the traditional derivatives markets. He started his career in equity derivatives trading. He also worked at Singapore Exchange (SGX) in product development of listed contracts. Finally, he co-founded and excited a WealthTech startup in portfolio allocation. Quentin holds an MBA degree from INSEAD.

Alicia Kao, Head of VIP Relations, KUCOIN (www.kucoin.com), has more than 10 years of experience in digital performance marketing. She is in charge of relations between global high value clients including institutions and 3rd party trading platforms.

Lucian Aguilar, Account Management, Kraken (www.kraken.com), has 3 years of experience as an Asset Manager and 1 year of experience as Financial Services Consultant with focus on Digitalisation, FinTech and Blockchain.

Milan Jovanovic, Partner at gwp, has many years of experience in the financial industry, he holds a doctorate degree from the law department of the University of Zurich and is a Swiss qualified attorney-at-law. Milan’s portfolio includes a senior role in Deloitte’s Regulatory, Compliance & Legal FSI team and Senior Legal Counsel at UBS AG. His main areas of expertise are Anti Money Laundering, MiFID II, FinSA, FinIA, FMIA, Data Protection, Fintech/DLT and FINMA investigations.

Ekaterina Anthony, Senior Manager for Crypto & Blockchain Compliance at gwp, is an expert in the field of supporting compliance and operating activities for fintech start-ups and digital projects. She is particularly focusing on assisting traditional financial institutions to enter into the digital space as well as establishing compliance procedures for crypto asset management companies and crypto funds. Her previous roles included Head of the London office of the Russian Stock Exchange (MOEX) and Regional Head S&P Global Platts.
