Quality policy
Our staff’s most essential goals are to be and remain above-average in terms of quality of service, meeting deadlines and specialist expertise.

We are committed to our quality management system (QMS) under ISO 9001:2008.  We strongly believe that this is an important part in achieving sustainability.  Under it we adhere to binding quality principles, goals and strategies.

Quality principles
The quality principles represent the binding framework in which we provide integrated quality management:

• The level of quality to be achieved is determined by the client’s requirements.

• Quality is assured in accordance with economic criteria.

• Each of our staff is responsible for quality within his/her own field of activity.

• QMS is integrated into all business areas at GWP Insurance Brokers AG.
